All promotion codes are redeemed through the cart once you have completed your shopping. Just enter your promotional code when prompted and the discount will be applied to your total order! All prices on this website are Including GST.

All orders shipped within Australia are be subject to GST of 10% in accordance with Australian law. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

 

When will my Credit Card be Charged?

If you order online using a credit card, it will be charged immediately. If you pay over the phone your credit card will be charged before goods are dispatched which is typically same day of ordering. If a credit card transaction is unsuccessful you will be notified immediately as we will be unable to dispatch goods to you. When paying with PayPal or direct transfer (invoice) it may take up to 3 business days. Contact your bank for more information.

 

Need an invoice?

Credit cards and online payments are the fastest way to obtain your goods, but sometimes you may require an invoice instead. If you have requested to pay via an invoice or purchase order, you will receive a copy of your tax invoice as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will also receive a consignment note which will allow you to track your order from the courier.

All invoices are emailed, so if you do not receive a copy of your tax invoice, please contact a member of our staff and we will resend another copy for your records.
