Linked Communications is a Vendor Neutral supplier and is a Technically Accredited Partner with all vendors. We also specialise in Telephone Headsets for UC, MS, Office 365, USB, Bluetooth and traditional corded and wireless headsets.

  • Deliver, deploy, install and train staff

  • Staff may call our Help Desk for any issues relating to peripheral equipment for immediate assistance. If the issue is not able to be resolved over the phone, we will escalate to our technical team who will call out on site.

  • If your product needs to be replaced, we will have designated warranty stock on hand for immediate replacement.  This will ensure a warranty product will be replaced within 24 hours by our team, instead of waiting on the manufacturer to do so.

  • We offer our technical and sales/support staff on any major roll out of peripheral equipment.

  • We have the technical expertise who specialise in special modifications.

About Us

Warranty

Dealing with faulty products and warranty claims can be a hassle, so we like to make everything as easy as possible for you. So you don't have to deal with faceless manufacturers outside of Australia, we will handle it for you. Just let us know if your product is experiencing problems, and we will do the rest. We do of course have an obligation to the manufacturers to do some troubleshooting to try to get your product back up and running, so please call us at a time that is convenient for you to do this.

The warranty that is provided with your product is a direct manufacturer’s warranty. Some products may carry a longer warranty period than others.

You may be responsible for returning the faulty product to the manufacturer. Please ensure that you ONLY send back the item listed, not any additional cables or accessories that have been purchased with them. If you’re not sure what that means for you, just ask us. We'll be happy to help! 

 
 
 

Genuine Products

Linked Communications only supply genuine manufacturer equipment. At no time will we ever supply or recommend 'after-market' or 'knock-off' products. All our products come packaged by the manufacturer with the official documentation, warranty and SKU and serial codes. All our products are fully endorsed and supported by all the manufacturers we supply on our website.

Managed Services

Linked Communications offers a Managed Service whereby we deliver, install and train customers rather than just delivery a box. Furthermore, we have sales and support staff available to our customers via our Help Desk. If there is an issue with any product you purchase from Linked Communications, all  you need to do is call our Help Desk number for immediate support. If the issue is not able to be resolved over the phone, we will send our technical staff to your premises to rectify. 

 

If your product needs to be replaced, we will have designated warranty stock at all times to ensure quick and easy replacement of all faulty items. This will ensure a warranty product will be replaced within 24 hours by our team, instead of waiting on the manufacturer to do so. If an item is urgent we will deliver same day.

On special projects we offer to deploy your Telephony peripheral equipment as part of our service. We will have our technical team on site to roll out the products on any projects, thus alleviating your team from this task.
